In addition, many individual enterprises such as Hesheng, Dongyue and Sanyou have maintenance plans in the near future. Data show that in September, the domestic organic silicon output (equivalent to DMC output) was about 90,000 tons, the supply was low, the inventory level was controllable, and the company had a strong intention to price.


Xu Ruoxu of Shenwan Hongyuan Securities believes that due to the loss factors, the supply of upstream metal silicon continued to shrink. From January to July, the total domestic metal silicon production was 1.23 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 15.5%. On the downstream side, PV installations are expected to grow significantly in the fourth quarter, which will increase demand for metal silicon. Driven by the short-term supply and demand of metal silicon and the maintenance of organic silicon devices, the supply and demand of the organic silicon market may usher in improvement.
