The low-temperature electric heating film is a translucent polyester film which can generate heat after being energized, and is made of a conductive special ink, a metal current-carrying strip processed, and hot pressed between insulating polyester films. When working, the electric heating film is used as the heating element, and the heat is sent into the space in the form of radiation, so that the human body and the object are first warmed, and the comprehensive effect is superior to the traditional convection heating mode. The low-temperature radiation electric heating film system is composed of a power source, a temperature controller, a connecting member, an insulating layer, an electric heating film and a facing layer. The power source is connected to the electric heating film through the wire to convert the electric energy into heat energy. Since the electrothermal film is a purely resistive circuit, its conversion efficiency is high, and a large part (98%) is converted into heat energy except for a small part of the loss (2%).


The electric heating film can not be directly used for radiant heating on the ground. It needs a patented PVC vacuum envelope to be used for ground heating to ensure the use effect and longevity.
