Sinochem New Network News Recently, Hubei Xingfa Group Yichang New Material Industrial Park Xingrui Co., Ltd. and its own organic silicon plant jointly developed the silicone "three wastes" reduction technology won the Xingfa Group 2018 annual scientific and technological progress special award. This technology is the first in the same industry in China.


It is understood that in order to create an environmentally friendly green factory, Xingrui and the organic silicon plant organized the “three wastes” reduction technology research, and tackled the common problems of the “three wastes” of the silicone. The technology research and development team has explored the “three wastes” reduction research, and changed the end treatment to the front-end source reduction and process control. Through the investigation of source, mechanism analysis and repeated small tests, the comprehensive utilization of silicone “three wastes” was carried out to reduce disposal. Cost, optimize processing technology, and significantly reduce solid waste generation. Since the operation of the retrofitted unit, a total of 20 million yuan has been saved for solid waste disposal. In 2018, when the production of silicone monomer increased by 48% year-on-year, solid waste decreased by 41% and wastewater decreased by 42%.
