It is understood that according to the agreement, Inner Mongolia Star Chemical Co., Ltd. will invest in the construction of a high-performance silicone polymer project with an annual output of 120,000 tons in the Xinao Park of the Dalat Economic Development Zone. The total investment is expected to be about 3 billion yuan. The project is divided into the second phase of construction. The first phase of construction will produce 200,000 tons of monomer per year (100,000 tons of ring body). It is expected to be completed and put into operation in August 2020. The second phase will build 120,000 tons of mixed methylcyclosiloxane and Bajia. High-performance silicone polymer such as base ring tetrasiloxane, dimethyl silicone oil, vinyl silicone oil, hydrogen silicone oil, liquid silicone rubber, 107 rubber, silicone sealant, 110 glue, rubber compound, etc., is expected to be completed in 2021. Put into production. After the project is completed and put into production, the annual digestible park will have about 130,000 tons of methanol, about 700,000 tons of steam, and about 10,000 tons of chlor-alkali by-product hydrogen chloride. At the same time, it will make full use of the by-products produced by other enterprises in the park to realize the recycling of resources in the park. .
