IOTA H21000 Silazane Adhesive

Product characteristics: Medium temperature curing, short curing time, excellent temperature resistance, temperature resistance 1000-1100 ℃.

Application: Can be used for bonding and sealing between metals, ceramics or composite materials, preparing high temperature resistant coating materials.

Packing: 0.5L~10L plastic drum or customized according to customer requirements

Bond strength at room temperature >8MP

Tensile shear strength at 600 ℃ > 2MPa

Tensile shear strength at 1000℃ >1MPa

Curing conditions: 2hours at 170°C , and cool with the furnace.

Storage: The sealant should be stored in a cool and dry place with a shelf life of 1 year.

Note: Ammonia gas will overflow when the cap is opened after a long time storage. It is best to use it in a ventilated environment.
